Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You acknowledge that the nature of the services (including SEO i.e. Search engine optimization, web design, or any digital marketing services) provided and the applicable rates and charges have been communicated to you. You know that Infotech Wizard reserves the right to change the specified rates and charges from time to time. In the event of any pricing changes, the Infotech Wizard will notify you of the same at least 10 days prior to the end of the that current month.
Search engine optimization (SEO) services - Infotech Wizard does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings/reports, etc. And will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof. Any outstanding amounts owing to Infotech Wizard from a previous month are required to be paid on the first calendar day of the next month, failing which Infotech Wizard reserves the right to withhold or cancel its services to you without any notice
